Mr. Uri Ben-Or brings over twenty-five years of broad experience in corporate finance, accounting, M&A transactions, and IPOs. He has significant expertise, including serving as CFO, with public life science companies traded on the TASE, OTC, and Nasdaq. Mr. Ben-Or provides his services to Scinai through CFO Direct, a company which he founded and serves as Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to founding CFO Direct he served as the VP Finance of Glycominds, a leading biotechnology company, and as CFO of a spin-off from Telrad Networks, where he led all the corporate finance activities, fund raising and legal aspects of the company. He also served as a Corporate Controller at Menorah Capital Markets and as an Auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Ben-Or holds a BA degree in Business from the College of Administration, an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
