Joshua E. Phillipson has led business development and communications activities including marketing, investor and public relations at Scinai (previously BiondVax) since 2015. Prior to joining Scinai, Mr. Phillipson was Marketing Manager at BioData Ltd. Earlier in his career, he served as a business management consultant with Accenture (NYSE: ACN) in various industries including pharmaceutical, and as international partnerships coordinator for the Canada-Israel Industrial R&D Foundation.

Mr. Phillipson earned an Honours BSc. from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
